Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you are happy with the items you purchase from Tots of fun, however should you want to return or exchange an item then please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that all items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition in order to be eligible for a refund.

You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.
If the item is received back damaged or not ‘as new’, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item, to be determined on receipt.
We’ll email you as soon as your return has been received. All refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we will notify you once the refund has been made. It can take up to 5 working days until you see the refund in your account.
Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send the item(s) back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
Please note both the original postage & the return postage is non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Tots of fun will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
