Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Delivery processing time

Tots of fun aims to process order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed within 8-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. When possible we will contact you via email or telephone (depending on what details you have supplied us with) to inform you of any significant delay in shipping your items.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Estimated delivery time

Three to five working days including Saturdays.
Please note delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery Destinations

Tots of fun​ currently only offers delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has shipped

Damages

If your item does not arrive or you receive damaged goods* then please contact Tots of fun by email on info@totsoffun.org.uk as soon as possible. Send us a photograph of the damage attached to your email so we can raise a complaint with the courier/Royal Mail. Arrangements for a replacement item or a refund to be issued will then be organised.

*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
